Account

Do I need to register before placing an order?

No, you do not have to. You can place an order directly on our website without registering. However, if you use a different device next time, you will not be able to see your previous order history. If you prefer, you can also register an account for better tracking.

How do I register?

Click "Create Account" at the top right corner of our website. You can register using Facebook, Google, Amazon, or your email.

What if I forgot my login password?

Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page, enter your registered email, and we will send you a password reset link.

Ordering & Payment

Can I remove an item from the shopping cart?

Yes. If the order is not placed, you can remove the item from your shopping cart. However, once the order is placed, you cannot delete items from it.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you have not paid for your order, you can modify or reorder it. If you have already paid, you can modify or cancel it within 24 hours for any reason. After 24 hours, please contact our customer service at support@shopboden.com for assistance.

Can you custom-make the items?

Unfortunately, we do not provide custom-made services at this time. All items are exactly as displayed and described on our website.

If I need to change information (e.g., color, size, shipping address, shipping method) of a paid order, what can I do?

We can only change your order details if the package has not been shipped. Please review your order carefully before placing it. If changes are needed, contact us at support@shopboden.com as soon as possible.

What secure payment methods do you accept?

We use PayPal to process payments securely. You can use credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and Maestro. Other options include PayPal Wallet, bank account transfers, and e-checks. Any other payment methods supported by PayPal are also accepted.

How do you secure my payment information?

We do not store or process any of your payment details. All transactions are securely handled by PayPal.

Why do I receive a lower refund amount for returned items?

If your order was purchased with a discount, your refund will be based on the discounted price, not the original price.

Size Chart

How can I choose the right size?

Each product page has a size chart that includes exact measurements in both centimeters and inches. Most items are available in small, medium, large, and extra-large sizes.

What is “Free Size”?

"Free Size" means there is only one size available for the item. Typically, it fits a medium-sized customer. Please refer to the size chart on the product page for exact measurements.

Shipping & Handling

Where does my order ship from?

Our main fulfillment center is located in China. All orders are shipped from there.

Which delivery companies do you use?

We work with reliable shipping carriers, including DHL, UPS, USPS, and postal mail services.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of the package. You will see the exact fees at checkout. Currently, we offer free standard shipping for orders over $79.

Are there any additional fees or taxes?

For most countries, customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT. However, for some European countries, customers may need to pay duties or VAT based on local tax regulations.

Do you ship to PO BOX and APO/FPO/AFP military addresses?

We can ship to PO boxes and military addresses using standard shipping, which takes about two weeks for delivery. If you need expedited shipping within ten days, please provide a physical address.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with order details. You can also log into your account and check your order status under "My Account > Order History" at the top right corner of our website. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
